Questions I Want to Hear

September 3, 2008

Question I’m dying to hear at the Republican convention…

To Karl Rove…you said Tom Kaine was not qualified to be Obama’s Vice President because he had only been governor of VIrginia for three years and before that, a mayor of the 105th largest city in the country? If that’s true, then why is Sara Palin is qualified?

To Fred Thompson and George Bush, why won’t you call the torture that John McCain received while as a POW, torture?

To women considering to vote for McCain, what’s more sexist, vetting Sarah Palin (since McCain really didn’t) or voting against the Equal Pay Bill and opposing contraception?

To any Republican…if America is addictive to oil, then why is more drilling the only solution? Do we give more heroin to a heroin attack to help him kick the habit?

To John McCain…if children are off limits in a campaign, then how to you explain your joke about Chelsea Clinton being ugly?

Will Sarah Palin ever do a press conference or allow herself to be interviewed by anyone (other than People Magazine)?

To John McCain…since you believe that Global Warming is man-made (for now at least you do), but your Vice President hopeful doesn’t, how will this effect your policy decision making?

To John McCain…if fighting the war against Islamic terror is the most important battle of the 21st Century, then why did you choice a VEEP that was close to Russia? Shouldn’t you have chosen a VEEP who is closer to Mecca?

To John McCain…how come when you reach across to the other party, it’s bipartisanship, but when Obama does it, it’s pandering?
