Palin Interview Countdown

It seems like people are starting to notice that Sarah Palin has yet to be interviewed by a single, legit news organization. America blog notices, People are asking on Yahoo, and The Page has some fun with the matter.

Obviously, this election is about McCain, not Palin, but come on, do a freaking interview! This is pathetic.

A couple quick updates: Time is reporting she will not be available to the press. It’s only a matter of time before some besides me will begin their own countdown, someone with a bigger budget than mine, someone who can put an actual clock. Lucky bastards.

It has been seven days since McCain picked Sarah Palin to be his Vice Presidential nominee, and in those seven days, she’s done one interview….a grueling (I’m sure) interview by People Magazine. How many more days will the McCain people keep Palin from answering a real question from real reporters?

The over/under is 10 days. Place your bets because we’ll keep this countdown going and going and going.
